Moduli e temi trobadorici in Guittone d’Arezzo. L’incipit di A renformare amore (VIII)

After a brief summary of the current state of the art, aim of this article is to offer a new reading of the incipit of A renformare amore e fede e spera (Egidi VIII). The pur- pose is to present a new critical edition of the first verses and to provide some reflections on Guittonian themes derived from Occitan poetry. The metapoetic theme in particular proves to be a crucial juncture in the reception and manipulation of troubadour sources.
