Poeta variat, librarii iterant : su una tipologia di errori nella tradizione del testo di Virgilio - Appendice

This appendix is conceived as an integration of the article Poeta uariat, librarii iterant: su una tipologia di errori nella tradizione del testo di Virgilio, published on the previous issue of «MD», and contains lists of Vergilian passages, divided by categories, which can be numbered as examples of the phenomenon poeta uariat, librarii iterant, presenting as they do a scribal error due to mnemonic iteration or interference of loci similes internal to Vergil’s text. The appendix aims therefore at corroborating the argument developed in the above mentioned article, by showing the overall incidence of this phenomenon in the Vergilian tradition, but also at offering a collection of materials, in view of possible further investigations.
