La nozione di egotesto e l’esempio degli scritti leonardiani

The article is divided into two parts: in the first part, a definition and typological classification is offered of the texts that the author writes for himself, called here «egotexts», using a term already introduced elsewhere. In the second part, the notes written by Leonardo da Vinci in his numerous notebooks are adopted as a case study: a typology is offered, their modes of production are investigated, and the most significant cases are iscussed, in order to verify the notion of egotext proposed in the first part.

L’articolo si divide in due parti: nella prima parte, si offre una definizione e una classificazione tipologica dei testi che l’autore scrive per sé stesso, chiamati qui «egotesti», usando un termine già introdotto in altra sede. Nella seconda parte, si adottano come caso di studio gli appunti redatti da Leonardo da Vinci nei suoi numerosi quaderni: se ne offre una tipologia, se ne indagano le modalità di produzione e se ne discutono i casi più significativi, al fine di verificare la nozione di egotesto proposta nella prima parte.
