The diadic model of turbulence is an infinite system of ordinary differential equations which represents a simplified form of the Fourier formulation of Euler equations, where uniqueness results for weak solutions are unknown. For this simplified model we prove uniqueness of weak solutions when the initial conditions satisfy a suitable property.
