This paper focuses on Laur. Plut. 68.2 (saec. xi), the manuscript of Apuleius’ Metamorphoses, and examines the major types of errors it contains. As a result of this new study of Laurentianus and its scribal habits, the article advances six new conjectures for loci vexati in books ii and iii.
