We present the latest development of the SuperB Silicon Vertex Tracker (SVT). After a short review on the physics requirements and technical challenges for the SuperB SVT, we discuss different candidate solutions for the inner most layer (layer0) of the SVT, namely strip and pixel detectors. Finally, we present the current preliminary test beam results for Strip lets and Hybrid Pixels.
